No experience required. Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collate financial statistics.
Basic knowledge and insight of the Public Service Financial legislations procedures and Treasury Regulations (PFMA, DORA, PSA, PSR, Financial Manual). Knowledge of basic financial operating systems (ACCPAC). Planning and organisation skills. Computer literacy skills.

Ability to operate office equipment. Working under pressure. Meeting deadlines. DUTIES : Register Deeds web accounts. Receive new applications. Credit vetting of new applications. Filing of new applications and supporting documents.
Administer debtors. Record and Administer debtors. Provide support to Deeds registries, Internal and external clients. Monthly reporting. Attend to customer queries. File all documents. Administer revenue and banking services. Administer interface between DRS and Accpac. Process electronic banking transactions. Billing of transactions on financial system. Capturing of receipts.
